Refund and Returns Policy

At AttireWithEvara, customer satisfaction is important to us. We carefully inspect all products before dispatch to ensure they meet our quality standards.

Due to the nature of our products, returns and refunds are accepted only in cases where the item received is damaged, defective, incorrect, or significantly different from the product ordered.

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery by emailing info@attirewithevara.com along with your order details and clear photos of the product. Our team will review the request and provide a suitable resolution.

To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging with all tags, accessories, and invoices intact. Products that show signs of use, damage caused after delivery, or missing original packaging may not qualify for return or refund.

Once the returned product is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund request. If approved, the refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days. Depending on your bank or payment provider, the amount may take additional time to reflect in your account.

Please note that slight variations in color, design, or appearance caused by photography, lighting, screen settings, or handcrafted detailing are not considered defects and do not qualify for returns or refunds.
